The Logicube Serial ATA (SATA) Adapter enhances Logicube duplicators with direct access to SATA drives. Users can mix serial and parallel drives in the same session (some speed variations may occur).
The Logicube SATA Adapter is one of several Logicube accessories produced to improve the performance of our duplication systems. These include older products such as the Solitaire, Echo, OmniClone, Solitaire Turbo w/Keypad.
Data Transfer Rate
Expected current speed is roughly 1GB/min. Current Logicube duplicators will operate at UDMA-4 speeds of roughly 2GB/min. transfers with the SATA adapter.

Operation Modes
Modes of operation: UDMA-0, UDMA-4, UDMA-5, PIO-0-4 (UDMA-1,-2,-3 NOT supported).
Settings
Older Logicube units must be set for UDMA-0 or PIO-Auto to successfully use the Serial ATA. Current Logicube units can use the Serial ATA adapter at UDMA-4 and above.
